What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

You can use PayPal or Credit Card, such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, etc. to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.

Can I get a special discount for my order?

We provide a special 20% discount for Hospitals, Schools, Non-Profit Organizations, active military, veterans, and their dependents. Please contact us for a code before checkout.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

Now we only accept payment using US Dollars. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you’re purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.

When will I be charged for my order?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for any reason. Please make sure you cancel it before the order is shipped. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. 
Can I return an item for a return or refund?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition. We guarantee a forty five (45) days free return/refund after the purchase date.

We don’t offer exchanges on orders – if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

What's your return address?

All packages will be returned to Amazon warehouses in the USA and we will email you the detailed address and a prepaid shipping label.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

What shipping methods do you have?
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for pain relief occasions.

Now, we are using FBA(Fulfilled by Amazon) in the US to get your orders delivered in 3-5 days.

You can also buy the product directly in our Amazon Store.

If the product you need is currently out of stock in FBA, we will fulfill and deliver the order using standard shipping from our factory in China. Regularly, it takes 7-10 days to reach you.

Which countries do you ship to?

At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How does free shipping work?

Orders fulfilled by Amazon or our factory in China using Standard Shipping qualifies free shipping.

Orders fulfilled by our factory in China using Express Shipping will need an extra shipping fee.

When will my order be shipped?

For our in-stock merchandise purchased before 1 PM EST, orders are dispatched in 1~2 business day, Monday-Friday. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched in the following 1-2 business days.

Can I track my parcel?

All deliveries are sent with a trackable service. We’ll send you a link with your tracking information once your package has left the warehouse.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.

Orders to Canada may take longer due to COVID.

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I can't find it.

We ask that you try this first:

  • It may seem silly, but check your back door, garage, apartment complex front office, with neighbors, etc. to ensure the package wasn’t delivered somewhere else by mistake. This happens more often than you think, so it may just be hiding right under your nose!
  • Next, contact your local Postmaster and let him or her know that the tracking shows delivered, but that you do not have the item. They may be able to help you track it down. 

The Postal Service sometimes makes mistakes where they report that a package is delivered, but it’s still on the truck or left back at the post office. Although we cannot control the path of the package once it’s transmitted to the USPS, we don’t like our customers to suffer. If you’re able to confirm you’ve taken the previous steps, we’ll do everything we can to make it right from our end.

Is your site safe?

Our web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your credit card information from a secure web page to a secure application on our server. Once on our server, your credit card number is saved only long enough for us to process and approve the transaction. During the final stages of ordering online, you will see an unbroken key or locked padlock at the bottom of your browser window and https:// in the location window at the top of your browser. Both of these indicate that the page you are on is secured using SSL encryption to communicate with our secure web server. Because SSL encryption slows down a web site, it is only used in the final stage of ordering, before and after you enter your credit card information. You will not see these security indicators until you begin the checkout process and indicate that you prefer to order online with a credit card.
